We rode Space Mountain SOOOO many times and literally have a photo of us from every ride. This is one of my faves. Star Wars – The Adventures Continue has two Hidden Mickeys when traveling to Corsucant. The first is on the flashing lights at the spaceport and the second is in the back window, which guests see as they are returning home. On January 9, 1987, George Lucas and Walt Disney Imagineering brought the Star Wars galaxy to life at Disneyland Park. The original Star Tours attraction blasted off to Endor. Other destinations—plus digital 3D technology—were added in 2011. The experience has been updated with new worlds and characters from Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Star Wars: The Last Jedi and Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. The attraction now features state-of-the-art technology—including a flight simulator, digital 3D video, Audio-Animatronics characters and “in-cockpit” special effects and music. ©Disney/Lucasfilm, Ltd. DROID DUO - "Star Wars" droids C-3PO and R2-D2 are two of the famous characters guests encounter in Star Tours - The Adventures Continue, a 3-D attraction. Go behind the scenes of Star Wars: The Last Jedi and get an up-close look at actual props, costumes and authentic replicas created specifically for Star Wars Launch Bay. Watch an exclusive documentary on the creative team behind this ever-evolving cultural phenomenon. Wander around the Mos Eisley cantina. Test your skills by playing the latest Star Wars video games. Peruse Star Wars memorabilia and merchandise in the shop. You can even encounter some epic heroes—and menacing villains—in person, including Darth Vader and Chewbacca. In the heart of Tomorrowland, Star Wars Launch Bay is the central locale for guests to celebrate all things Star Wars. Disneyland park guests are welcomed to this multi-sensory space with the iconic phrase, “A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away.…” Once inside, they may encounter beloved Star Wars characters, play the latest Star Wars interactive video games, explore galleries full of treasured memorabilia and authentic replicas of large-scale Star Wars artifacts, step into a Star Wars-themed cantina, and have access to Star Wars merchandise.
My brother and I went to Disneyland! It was FABULOUS! Over the next few weeks, I'll be showcasing my trip to Disneyland! Goofy was out signing autographs. How lucky were we? We caught the parade on our way to Adventureland to ride Indiana Jones. WATCH THE VIDEO Burt and Mary Poppins, (practically perfect in every way). I love the shop windows! The scenes in the windows of Main Street, U.S.A. in Disneyland park have been updated to feature dazzling new displays of classic Disney films, including "Peter Pan" and "Cinderella." The windows now feature two scenes, transforming every few minutes to reveal more of the beloved stories.
