You'll be mad for Miss Mindy's captivating Cheshire Cat and his famous toothy grin. He happily welcomes you to Wonderland with a charming mini mome rath. Be sure to add this delightfully devious shapeshifter to your collection before he disappears!
Not only is his grin mischievous, but that wink! You know he is up to something. I love his heart shaped nose with a whiskered mustache and how he stands confidently with his hands on his hips. Note Cheshire's polka dot ears and white collar. The Mome Rath looks up wide eyed, hoping not to be stepped on, no doubt. The curls of his hair are even visible from behind. Look closely and you'll see his paw prints are in the shape of a heart. His fluffy tail has a reddish colored tip and helps keep him balanced. No doll stand required. Miss Mindy's boxes are even show stoppers. I love the stage and curtain design. You may chose to display the vinyl figures in their open front boxes, but I prefer to keep them out in the open.
World of Miss Mindy dolls are available at Hot Topic. Radiator Springs is a awesome at Disney's California Adventure. It's amazing to me the creativity of this land specifically utilizing everything car themed. They didn't overlook a thing. The landscape throughout Cars Land continues the legendary, detail-oriented storytelling that can only be found at Disney Parks. From the tail-light “flowers” at Cozy Cone Motel to the tire-inspired topiaries just outside Casa Della Tires, the landscape looks as if the beloved cast of “Cars” decorated each of their homes in Cars Land. The dry, rocky look of Cars Land also immerses guests in the Route 66 theme. The atmosphere outside Flo's V8 Cafe is sooooo 1950s! I love the colors and the music. Modeled after roadside eateries along the original Route 66, Flo’s V8 Cafe is a delicious quick-service dining location for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Now, guests may use the mobile ordering feature on the Disneyland app, for convenient mobile ordering and quick pick-up at Flo’s. Some of the menu’s highlights include Flo’s famous fried chicken, brioche French toast with salted caramel and bananas and Flo’s classic shake for dessert. Radiator Springs Car Racers. Kick the fun into overdrive as you buckle up for a road race featuring familiar car-acters, fantastic scenery and “wheel” thrills. Tour Ornament Valley and arrive in Radiator Springs—the cutest little town in Carburetor County—where the movie Cars springs to life. As you prep for the big race, all the locals show up to help. Mater, Lightning McQueen, Doc Hudson, Sally, Luigi, Guido, Mack and Ramone are all rooting for you! Take a quick spin into either Luigi's Casa Della Tires or Ramone’s House of Body Art to get a racing makeover—then hit the road. Ready, Get Set, Go! Meet your friendly competition at the starting line and get ready to race for first place! Zip over hills, zoom around high-banked turns and cruise down camelback straightaways past spectacular red-rock formations. Even if your car comes in second, this is one race where everyone’s a winner! The Cozy Cone Motel is where you can take photos with Lightning McQueen and Tow Mater. Cozy Cone Motel and Fillmore’s Taste-In offer a wide variety of delicious treats from organic fruits to chili “cone” queso. Cars Land features three immersive family attractions showcasing characters and settings from the Disney•Pixar film, "Cars," including one of the largest and most elaborate themed environments ever created for a Disney park. McQueen and Mater will be greeting park guests daily outside the Cozy Cone Motel on Route 66. Just after sunset Radiator Springs LIGHTS UP neon you'll can see the land come alive. It's magical.
Pixar Pier is one of the "lands" in DCA. Our favorite ride is the Incredicoaster! The Pixar Lamp stands atop the dazzling Pixar Pier marquee, spotlighting those who pass through Pixar Pier's entry. The reimagined Pixar Pier is home to the trilling Incredicoaster, Pixar Pal-A-Round, Lamplight Lounge and more Inspired by The Incredibles and Incredibles 2, Incredibles Park features mid-century modern design aesthetics. Guests will enter through an archway where the iconic Incredibles logo will be seen overhead. Once inside, the new Incredicoaster will take guests on a thrilling race alongside the Parr family. Upon exiting the attraction, the Jack-Jack Cookie Num Nums stand will tempt guests with freshly-baked treats. Mr. Potato Head thought I was flirting with him or something....IDK Mr. Potato Head as a Boardwalk Barker featuring the voice of Don Rickles that interacts with passerbys. Bing Bongs Sweet Stuff at Pixar Pier in Disney California Adventure Park features a selection of candy, saltwater taffy, rainbow cotton candy, caramel apples, Memory Refreshersfrozen drinks available in all colors and flavors, as well as fun Pixar souvenirs, apparel and accessories. I love Bing Bong. I love candy! Let's go inside!! I was really tempted to bring this Bing Bong home, but I already have a Bing Bong talking doll. He sure is cute! ANGRY DOGS Hot Dog stand. Angry Dogs in Pixar Promenade offers hot dogs, chips and beverages in an open-air walk-up location on the waterfront. Anger, the outrageously fun character from Disney•Pixars Inside Out, stands 35 inches high on a light stand and true to his nature, he is angry. The raging orange-red flames from his forehead appear to roast spicy and not-so-spicy hot dogs for guests. Toy Story is one of my fave Pixar movie series, I love that you can meet the characters on the boardwalk. Jessie’s Critter Carousel at Toy Story Boardwalk in Pixar Pier stars Jessie, the yodeling cowgirl, and a friendly bunch of desert critters inspired by the Disney•Pixar “Toy Story” films. Guests can choose to ride a whimsical snake, armadillo, turtle, bunny or other critter from the world of Woody’s Roundup. There's lots to see and do on Pixar Pier!
Toontown is a fun land, but honestly it's one that I seldom visit. It has rides for small children and a lot of interactive play ground features. There is Roger Rabbit's Car Toon Spin the entire family can enjoy. You WILL see a lot of character interaction. Mickey and his pals are always out greeting guests. Donald's boat the Miss Daisy. You can tour Mickey's house. He has some interesting items inside. Goofy, on his way to the Gadget's Go Coaster. Don't tell Goofy I'm snooping in his mailbox! Watch out, I'm outta here and on my way to Space Mountain!
February 15, 1950 Walt Disney Pictures released Cinderella in theaters. This year is Cinderella's 70th anniversary. She is one of the world's most beloved Disney Princesses. While at Disneyland Park, I was able to meet Cinderella and her Fairy Godmother. At the Disneyland Parks as you browse the shops on Main Street, chances are you'll find Cinderella merchandise. Here are some photos from my Princess Party events. Cinderella hosted many parties including the Valentine's Day Father Daughter Dance. Happy 70th Anniversary Cindy!
