While putting together Peggy's ground forces costume, I researched the story of this outfit. The location of HYDRA's main base was in the Swiss Alps. Carter managed the troop movements of the Commandos and ground forces as they stormed the base, working with General Phillips to do so. They initially appeared to win the day, capturing the base and with Rogers seemingly defeating the Red Skull. Peggy uses a M1928A1 Thompson firearm.
Cordelia Knott had been making pies with Farm-grown berries well before the boysenberry was introduced in 1934. You can still take home one of Cordelia Knott's classic boysenberry pies, freshly baked at the Farm. Knott's produces over 130,000 pies each year. Pin #16.
Go Away Green is a gray-green shade, tested and formulated to blend with concrete and landscaping. The science behind the shade is the muted green blends in with grass, trees and other natural elements so human eyes simply overlook anything painted that color. As opposed to the hunter green, you will see this darker green paint on buildings and water fountains throughout the park. This is a DECOR color, not a "look away" camouflage color. The trim paint on the dock of the Mark Twain Riverboat. Light posts, electrical boxes and roof pipes. Parade light poles and speakers blend into the surrounding landscape. Umbrellas on Main Street and parade light poles.
Golden Oak Ranch is an 890-acre movie ranch owned by the Disney Studio Services division of Walt Disney Studios subsidiary of The Walt Disney Company that serves as a filming location and backlot. The ranch is off of Placerita Canyon Road outside of Newhall, California, less than an hour north of Los Angeles; its entrance is not far from Placerita Canyon Road's intersection with California State Route 14. Walt Disney paid $300,000 for 315 acres of the land back in 1959. Other land purchases since then have increased the size of the movie ranch to 890 acres.
Golden Oak Ranch has been owned by the Disney Company since 1959 and has been a frequent shooting location for movies and TV shows, such as 1957’s “Old Yeller,” 2001’s “Pearl Harbor,” and 1993-2002’s “The X-Files.” The ranch is seen numerous film and television productions including: Pirates of the Caribbean: At World’s End; Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Desperate Housewives and The Love Bug. I placed an order at the KBF California Marketplace. These specialty items can only be found at the Marketplace, not at local grocery stores. It's amazing the boysenberry infused items you can buy!
