My daughter couldn't use this vintage mirror, so she gave it to me. I decided to create a princess dressing table which will be perfect for photo shoots. It's probably from the 60s, but the overall piece is solid. I am not going to paint it. I like the soft lived in patina. All it really needed was cleaned up. I bought floral garlands to drape over the top.
I had a long piece of striped fabric that I wanted to use for a Marie Antoinette dress, but it was perfect for the table. A few accessories, some candles and the table came together nicely. It may evolve over time as it's used for various princess photo shoots, but here is what the process looked like. You can see it in the video below.
